The Mildred!

An excellent place to live.

Built around 1925, The Mildred is located at 925 Union Street in the Park Slope section of Brooklyn, New York.

Prospect Park, the Brooklyn Public Library, the Brooklyn Museum,  the Brooklyn Botanic Gardens, the Prospect Park Zoo, and the the Park Slope Food Coop are a few blocks away. The Mildred is convenient to the Grand Army Plaza stop on the 2 & 3 IRT subway lines as well as the 7th Avenue stop on the B & Q BMT lines. 

The spacious lobby contrasts with the size of the mostly one bedroom apartments. 
The late Mrs. Rossi a former resident whose daughter Mrs Massi also resided at The Mildred, recalled the good old days when the lobby had fancy furniture and Oriental rugs. Now The Mildred is a nice unpretentious place to call home.
